I'm a holistic nutritionist and mama to a baby girl. I've been eating some form of a plant-based diet for the last 12 years. While I know how to eat healthy in normal life, pregnancy had a whole new set of rules. So when I became pregnant, I searched for a course on nutrition for a plant-based pregnancy and came up empty handed and with most people telling me a plant-based pregnancy wasn't healthy.
